On march 2006 Lorena and Victor Hugo Delgado and owners of Flores del Este, a small family owned flower shop in San José Costa Rica, was reviewing the results of their first foray into the internet and online sales with Paul Fervoy, general manager of internexo, a web development company. Four months earlier they had launched the website and they now had to review the online data to determine how to make the most of their online presence. Neither Lorena nor Victor new much about the web and would rely heavily on the advice of consultant Paul Fervoy. The students, taking the position of internet consultant Paul Fervoy, must review the data generated by google analytics to determine how to maximize the online presence of Flores del Este, now known as Costa Rica Flores.com, with a well-defined online strategy and tactical implementation.
